Sometimes in advertising all the moons align and something magical happens.  Sara Dunlop and her producer Stu had flown all the way to Sao Paulo only to spend 10 days shooting in a studio.  They called us bemoaning the fact and asked if we had any test scripts they could shoot on the back of their paying job.  It was the time of the billboard ban in Sao Paulo and by next morning we not only had a script, but also a client who wanted to run it and 24 hours later we were on the plane.  Mind you it’s never been that easy again.

Anomaly got me in as a CD and some-time writer on a charming little campaign for Captain Morgan. The pick of the bunch was this one, conceived, written and directed by the amazingly talented Craig Ainsley (who actually isn't a control freak).  More surprising still is how it managed to sail through Diageo's normal butcheringsorryapprovals process.
