The Diploma is an alternative qualification for 14-19 year olds.  Just doing a regular ad didn't feel like it would have any cut through and something more holistic instinctively felt better.  This was the mother of all production processes involving everyone from the accountancy students to the catering guys and a whole lot in between. They loved it and their stories became a far better ad for The Diploma than anything we could've hoped to do on our own. 

Anomaly got me in as a CD and some-time writer on a charming little campaign for Captain Morgan. The pick of the bunch was this one, conceived, written and directed by the amazingly talented Craig Ainsley (who actually isn't a control freak).  More surprising still is how it managed to sail through Diageo's normal butcheringsorryapprovals process.
